FPM-Trinity is a collection of Fuji's own advanced processes in order to produce high quality electronic devices. It combines three functions: resin printing, electric circuit printing, and electric parts placement.
Key Features:
- Rapid Manufacturing: FPM-Trinity utilizes the full additive process, eliminating the need to prepare masks and jigs for manufacturing. Electronic devices can be manufactured in a single day, accelerating prototyping.
- 3D Free Shape Electronics: the manufacturing process in conjunction with 3D data reproduces devices in ideal shapes.
- Minimum Waste: it is a green process that reduces liquid and material waste by more than 95% compared to typical PCB manufacturing.

The FPM-Trinity is a machine equipped with an inkjet unit for resin and circuit printing, a dispenser unit for printing conductive paste and epoxy resins, and a mounting machine for placing parts.
