TheFachverband Elektronikdesign und -fertigung e.V. (FED e.V.) has created a white paper titled "Classification of Additively Manufacturing and Processes for 3D-Printing Electronics."
Highlights of the White Paper:
- Definition of five clusters for electronics integration and additive manufacturing processes.
- Developed by the FED e.V. working group for 3D electronics.
